Indication –
FIZACLAV Injection is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that covers gram-positive, gram-negative, and anaerobic organisms indicated in the treatment of infections in adults and children due to susceptible strains of the designated organisms in the conditions listed below: –

• Upper respiratory tract infections (including ENT)
• Lower respiratory tract infections (including ENT)
• Genito-urinary tract infections
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Bone and joint infections
• Other infections
