Indication – KETOZIDE is indicated in adults for treatment of non-insulin dependent diabetes (type 2) when dietary measures, physical exercise and weight loss alone are not sufficient to control blood glucose. KETOZIDE (gliclazide) is a hypoglycaemic sulphonyl urea oral antidiabetic active substance. KETOZIDE (gliclazide) reduces blood glucose levels by stimulating insulin secretion. KETOZIDE (gliclazide) increase the amount of insulin that’s produced by your pancreas.
